GEARBEST CRAPPY WARRANTY SERVICE FOR SKYRC MC3000

Bugsy36 stop defending Gearbest it’s not even funny anymore.

Can you PLEASE tell us what is wrong with your MC3000? I ordered one just last week from GB, not shipped yet.

And also please keep in mind that this is a very complicated charger and clearly not for everybody, HKJ mentioned in his review that in dummy mode the charger has a 3-hours max charging timer and would not fully charge a 3000mAh+ battery. And in advance mode it requires setting each program previous to charging.

I’m not defending GB neither but what if the charger is not defective? Should GB still provide an immediate replacement? Until evidence is provided we cannot judge.

The problem with the Op Mc3000 is that the screen will light up but it doesnt display text. I am thinking wiring not connected properly.

If gearbest answer is not satisfactory I would definitely get in touch with the manufacturer before opening any disputes with Paypal.

As far as I know to return items the cost of shipping it back has always been on the back of the buyer.

The third option offered by GB is to send you an item right away but you pay $80 and you return the defective item and then they refund you the $80.00 once they receive the defective unit. The OP shoudl clarify that with GB. Otherwise it doesnt make sense.

First...I am not defending Gearbest. Can't see that or understand that...not my problem. I say things the way I see them - rationally and respectfully.

Second - Before I would risk losing a package to international shipping other than DHL (and that does happen but another story) - Gearbest has a US warehouse. Since the OP is in the US he should at the very least negotiate a return to there. I still hold to what I said. Why should any vendor have to "eat" twice the cost of something because the buyer decided to purchase something internationally as compared to down the street when at the same time the manufacturer of the product has a warranty. The Chinese vendors do and do it often but I know that not every claim is legit so where does the line get drawn?

I really want to know if the manufacturer of that new charger stands behind their product. I know that many flashlight manufacturers will not.

For the record, I could give a rats a$$ if anybody deals with GearBest but once they go away watch these great prices from their competition dwindle.

Last to Daniel and Led4power - do you guys have anything to add to this thread OR are you guys just trolling to trash GearBest. You sure as hell did not offer any suggestions to the OP.

Summation:
An unproven, overpriced, problematic charger, IMO in need of a great deal more development, similar to a Swiss army knife, that does everything, but not any one thing particularly well, touted by the most sociopathic troll to have ever stalked BLF, now permanently banned from BLF for being a repeated sociopath, yet shilling along at the overzealous nazi site with other unscrupulous brethren, sold by a knifing bunch of proven thieves, now trying to back pedal before even more members stop buying from them, while being defended by another repeat shill who many are getting sick and tired of, where we might all agree that a new phrase has been coined to most accurately describe GB, and they have already earned an “AVOID” rating with BLF for pissing off the admin and dozens of others!

@chewy78 - hang in there and keep us all posted on your communications with GB. Feel free to copy/paste your conversations with them here becasue we are all concerned that they are trying to rip you off. Also, please IMMEDIATELY start your paypal dispute process NOW and escalate the claim as soon as possible. While not my preferred vendor, GB has tried to rip me off several times. The moment they try to steal my money, I immediately file my paypal claim, escalate my paypal claim as soon as possible and get 100% of my money back 100% of the time. Also, NEVER EVER cancel your paypal dispute until the dispute has been settled to 100% of your satisfaction. GB will use every possible tactic and lie while asking you to cancel your dispute. They will probably even have some blithering idiot who will call themselves a “charger expert”, who will then proceed to ask you some of the stupidest unrelated questions a bipedal organism could ever ask a thinking person. You will waste many, many days repeating yourself and asking what is happening with your order while they ignore you or try to run out the clock so your PP dispute expires before they can refund your money. There is no grey area here, only your prompt refund while ignoring the shills who might tell you otherwise. We need to keep this out in the open and stamp out anyone who might prevent justice from being served. If you find satisfaction, you can always cancel your PP dispute. I can launch a skud missile attack on their shabby GB shack if necessary, and drive the dishonest cretins back into the sea… which they are already familiar with from great experience!

Great summation there I nearly spat my coffee

FlashPilot, I have to say

@flashpilot
Is it mr.squirrel you mention on your post :open_mouth:

Like to read the post (deleted?) by FlashPilot.

Why can’t chewy78 return the charger to the US warehouse instead of having to send it all the way back to China?

I exposed many truths that several dishonest unscrupulous individuals didnt appreciate, so they marked my post as spam to delete it. If someone can find my comments in cache, I will repost it till the cows come home.

In short: dont buy this flawed charger, and avoid purchasing from gearbest unless you have the stamina and tenacity to put up with long winded paypal disputes that you may or may not win.

So the gearworst minions grew in numbers sufficient to mark unconvenient posts as spam. Interesting.

Tried Google searches hoping for your expose on Gearbest in the Google cache, but so far no luck. Will try some more with different phrases.

All it takes is two.

Careful, your post may also be marked as spam with a signature like this:

That would also be abusing the mark as SPAM button. :|

I am referring to the fact that FlashPilot’s labelled as spam presumably for saying like: “avoid purchasing from gearbest”.

Yeah, we all know.

Marking FlashPilot's post as spam is an abuse of the SPAM button.

Marking BLightSam's post as spam is also an abuse of the SPAM button.

Here's some of the post in question.

Just don't ask me to type it up. ;)
