Here are the pics guys and a video. What do you guys think? Ordered a NEUTRAL WHITE and received a FAKE COOL WHITE. Full refund/paypal?
Any ways, I have NO USE of a cool white flashlight. That head spring would melt on medium. So flimsyā¦.

I will buy from Simon, or if I need it faster, from Mountain Electronics as his stuff is directly from Simon and has been checked. For the money, you cannot beat a genuine Convoy.
Of course. Itās totally free and no need to give me credits. Information should be freely available to every flashaholic Download and use the high res images from this link Login - Dropbox
1. I paid it $12.36
2. I thought those fake S2+ was something of the past.
3. I was ordering this for a friend and he was finding it expensive. This is the lowest I could go as a deal.
Honestly, If it were me, Iād just have paid the difference or bought the dang thing for him. Especially if I was concerned about getting a legit product.
But to your point, Iād be inclined to try and have GearBest remedy this first before I filed a paypal dispute. Paypal is going to ask, maybe even require, that you try to work with the seller first anyhow.
I am new to the hobby and looking to build a collection. Posts like this are very helpful and reassert the importance of working with dealers who offer quality products and customer service. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Did you mod that light in the "real S2+"? In the pic, it's missing the driver retainer ring. I assumed you did something to it as it also has a bunch of solder on the pill.
It's not a big deal. I was just wondering since mine came with a retaining ring on the red s2+. The retaining ring makes it easy to change out the driver since you don't need to heat up the entire pill to solder it to the driver.
Simon has told me many times that his light is often counterfeited. The quickest tell tale sign is to look inside but as good as Simon is to us and considering he really is "the little guy" it is always worthwhile to directly from him - even if a couple/few dollars more.
