AW has always been known for good quality batteries, do they still live up to that with these high current cells?

The discharge curves for the cells tracks very nicely and the cells maintain capacity at fairly high loads.

Conclusion

These cells looks good if you need a lot of current, very few 18350 are this good at higher current and these cells are also well matched.

There are many fake AW batteries around, last I asked Andrew he told me that anything from China is fakes.

Thanks for the excellent review HKJ.
I’ve a pair of these AW and good to know they are good for high current application.

Pity it is on the expensive side as I can buy 2 Keeppower IMR using BLF code for the price of 1 of this

And this supplier is top-notch, of course

The older 700mah AW and efest 18350s perform better than this one.

The older AW cannot handle high current as good as the new one.

The purple Efest is very impressive, I would have liked a 15A trace on that cell.

Where does he recommend buying them, to get his real product?

In reputable shops in EU and US, but he did not provide a list.

He posted these 2 in the other forum, for those in the US
