Perhaps i have not explained it well, if i see a page that says for example “2 new” i can click on “2 new” and it goes to the right post
If i click on the thread and not “2 new”, it opens from the start, it says 2 new near the top right, but there is not a link to go to the first new post like there used to be.

Update looks good! Like others, I miss seeing the users location (without clucking to see their profile). I came to this thread about email notifications not working, but I see it’s already a known issue (i.e. I’m not getting any BLF emails for new posts in threads I’m subscribed to).

Still looking for a solution. I thought I had it yesterday with the “Tracker” functionality, but that had the side effect of showing everyone’s browsing habits to the entire world, so not a good solution. I’ll figure something out though.

Can i make a suggestion, signatures seem to look like part of a reply, not sure why they didn’t before the upgrade, but perhaps smaller test, or italics or something or some spaces might help?

That was the problem, I had to disable it because making it visible to you would make it visible to everyone.
SB, for whatever reason the “mark all read” button is missing the button image on my system. Even after several page reloads. Did the image get lost?
I’m not sure what’s wrong, but none of the pictures I have been posting are embedding correctly anymore. Sb, I’m guessing you are working on soemthing, but maybe you can use this thread if you need a case study. My pictures were working fine earlier today.

Ah, thanks pilotdog68. It looks like I’ll have to revert the fix that I tried on Bort’s observation about broken links. Looks like to add links with dashes in them we’ll have to use the insert link button when using the Simple Post Editor.

If it’s to your liking, you could also try the BLF dark theme… but I’m not much of a graphic designer and my CSS is rusty, so it may very well be worse than 1990s vibes.
