[07-MAR-2016] Current status of BLF upgrade process

Fixed the “Mark as read” button. Due to the ambiguity of the past participle of “read” in English I almost made the button say “Mark readed”. :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi there J-Dub74, this is surely technically possible, but I sure don’t know how to do it. My apologies!

Sorry about that, it appears to be broken.

Back by popular demand…

You may have no idea what a relief this is. The weird emoticons with hair were really bothering me. Thank you.

Testing 1 2 3.

Advanced Post Editor test.

Nice!

Can you add those to the Advanced Post Editor?

Thanks.

Hmm, doesn't look like it. Although most of them will work by manually typing their symbols into the Advanced Post Editor.

So if anybody sees missing smiley references in old links (like *cool* or :STEVE:) just let me know and I’ll add those as alternatives. Thanks!

For those that use the Advanced Post Editor, either on the forum or in private messages, here's a link to the Smiley Acronyms:

How about “Discharge”?

(I would actually like “readed”, one of many repairs to the grammar, but others might make fun of you.)

I can't think of a better idea, so sure! :crown:

(Sorry for the late reply. Sometimes I don't reply at all, but I'm fixin' to change that. :shy: )

G'Day SB, :)

(1). In the Advanced Post Editor, currently can't paste when do a R-Click (there is no such option).

The only way is by using <Ctrl><v>

Previously the Advanced Post Editor had editing options when did a R-Click eg:Copy, Paste, etc. They are all missing now

(2). Any chance of getting back the button "Mark Forum as Read" at the top right?

Thank you Very Much,

George

To copy or paste, click on Edit (which is between File and Insert) and choose Copy or Paste. ;)

Forget what I said. I don't know what I'm talking about.

Is The Rollover Code Still The Same?

Like this?
See it in action here.
(Please feel free to add the other tricks & change the URLs.)

Thank you RC, yes I am aware of that facility. But the R-Click context menu doesn't require you to move the mouse pointer from where you are to the top.

And it was available previously, & it is a normal feature on OSs & forums.

Ooh!

Now I wast a R-Click context menu, too. :D

 Thank you s…… Wait. No.

You are evil sb. You left out my favorite smiley of all.

Also, it appears, you are a Grinch who hates Christmas.
