He’s already sold 246 of the Xtar chargers, plus he’s been selling on eBay for at least a year with 384 positive feedbacks against 1 negative in the past year. The negative could have been a faulty product.
Many of the people who are providing feed back have pretty significant feedback profiles themselves, which would be difficult to fake.
Personally, I’m just make sure that I’m in compliance with eBay/Paypal policies regarding filing claims within allowable time limits, then wait around for either good news or the time limit to expire.
Other than that, we can play the “what if” game until the cows come home and still not know one way or the other until either the time limit passes or items appear.

Yes my order was marked as shipped. PayPal replied stating they did not believe my purchase was fraudulent. Now eBay will not even let me file another claim because they say that my purchase was referred to PayPal for review and that they cannot review a case once it’s been sent to PayPal.
I think you made it easier for others to get their money back from Paypal. My dispute was automatically escalated to a claim (skipping the usual buyer-seller communication process).
I lodged a dispute with Paypal, Paypal immediately escalated my dispute to a claim because the seller was already on record as no longer responding to Paypal.
No, I do not see any chance of us getting our MH20s.
I already spent again money that was returned to me by paypal (I had a bit of luck here, seller did not marked my order as shipped, if he had did that I guess I would have to wait quite a while).
Its the same ol game… sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But at least your money is safe.
For those stuck waiting for their refund, call ebay at 402-935-7733. Tell the rep that you are a victim of fraud and need to be transferred to the escalations dept. They should process your immediate refund.
