Convoy L2 Review

**Hey folks i done a review on the convoy L2

It is a great flashlight i feel like it just a little bump in power so i will switching mine with the BLF A6 driver and try to DE-dome the LED wish me luck! lol

If you just want some distance pics i have the post from before

If you could hit share that would be awesome!

Now i am of to trim my beard its getting out of control! lol

Thanks!

let me know how it comes out. I have the two cell version and I’m very interested in upping the amps and dedoming it. I don’t know how but someone here does for.
I wish Convoy would offer the two cell version with an XHP70 emitter….

I think they are going to it is called the L6?

If the L6 flashlight comes out i will buy and keep this one as a dedicated thrower.

How do you like your L2?

Excellent review.

I cleaned the reflector on mine as it was a little dusty after taking it apart, I used some 50/50 isopropyl and water but it’s now got a yellow tint. I thought it would clean up with some car polish, any idea’s?

The L2 is a big light, the XHP70 is going in mine shortly. It just doesn’t seem right leaving an XM L2 or XPL HI in there when there’s the capacity for something much brighter. haha I’m finding that with all the light’s I’ve purchased so far.

You must have all sorts of wildlife down there in Sydney,I was expecting it be be even louder at night?

Now i have learned my lesson i only use a microfiber cloth to clean the lens and reflector or for the reflector i have also used soap like kitchen soap and warm water and my fingers.

I would think cut and polish may work? But the cut part might be bad but you need to clean the yellow off. lucky i done the same thing to my c8 reflector and now its yellow i am trying cleaning wax right now as i type it cleaned a little but not shiny yet lol.

I live not to far away from the Sydney CBD about 9 km on the coast so the only wildlife i get are wild foxes (big problem) we get rabbits and possums that is about it. we do get a lot of bugs and snakes like the two most poison ones red bellies and brown snakes.

where i go fishing up and down the coast you do get kangaroos and other wildlife.

I think I would be keeping the window’s closed at night.
