GearBest Giveaway for the suggestions brainstorming for the Unique features of the flashlight( winner out)

xhp50 and green led side by side backed by two 18650 side by side.
sunlight mode

how about a driver that is easy to reprogram. right now if u want customize modes, it involves reprogramming the ATtiny13 on the drivers. it’s a bit too advance for some ppl including myself. if there is a way that can make the reprogramming a bit easier, that would be great.

Right angle 18650 light that can be worn on a headband, flood and mode spacing like the zebralight H600fd, that doesnt cost 90 bucks

Flashlight comes with secret compartment that holds spare t-Virus vaccine.

EDIT: Serious answer: 18650 tube light. Can't have enough of 'em.

I like the right angle idea. How about a side switch light with a removable right angle segment. With the segment it’s like the old military style flashlights that can attach to load bearing gear or headband and without it can be a standard straight flashlight.

Toykeeper’s firmware adjusted for 2S2P AA with a decent amount of throw.

I would love to see a BLF Special Edition X-6 style light (big head for throw, small body for pocket carry), BUT in the even smaller single AA format!

Maximize the brightness and output without regards to run-time, as I can always carry extra AA Eneloops, but do include a moon mode(.5 lumen), low (10 lumen), medium (75 lumens) and then the highest high possible with a single AA.

I have two suggestions:

  1. Illuminated tailcap should be considered, it makes the flashlight can be easily found in the dark.
  2. Optional tritium slot, even for a budget flashlight would be a plus.

Courui D01 type of flashlight (host only) with extension tube or single tube for 2s3p configuration and choice of three different reflectors - smooth, triple and op.

Flashlight with xhp50 that runs on single 18650 battery with bistro firmware

How about a zoomable light with the body of your give away light that has the side by side batteries and different sized heads for either more pocket friendly 50mm?or serious throw 75mm+?

Just noticed the battery size on the giveaway light it would also have to be 18650

Very small all metal flashlight using high CRI nichia LED that can be used as a neckplace. :face_with_monocle:

A thumb operated switch but not the standard push down click switch, maybe push forward to increase brightness.

I hate having to go through the modes, I should be able to move from a medium setting to high and back again without having to use the low setting or the flashing one.

The switch in the tailcap is easy to design and manufacture but it’s not in an ergonomical position.

My ideas:
-Multi batteries, like 18650 or xAA
-Neutral tint
-A super mode, with other levels of output
-side button

I was away for a long time bought a few lights and played with them for a year and now need a few new flashlights and saw this…

-Offer customers different leds and Led options: Nichia high cri led option
-Simple modes, simple drivers with no advanced options for long life, stable operation
-Driver with no pwm
-Low / moonlight mode must be usable, 1 or 2 lumen
-Big heatsink if powerfull flashlight
-DTP copper mcpcb if too many amps
-Tailstandable
-No or hidden disco, flashing, sos mode
-A medium mode with long runtime and 10ish lumens
-Use double o rings, thin and clear glass lens, a strong clip
-Keep it simple to make it a budget light

For me a flashlight should have moonlight mode, tailstand, a good ui (two button prefered), instant access to turbo and a low battery warning/shutoff.

I would love to see a BLF Special Edition X-6 style light (big head for throw, small body for pocket carry), BUT in the even smaller single AA format!

4xAA flashlight with moonlight mode, hidden strobe (SOS) and got a red cone as accessory

Make a budget version of this with BLF driver and thick copper heatsink.
