I tried 3 cells, there were surprisingly well matches, but below\* rated capacity and not able to deliver much current.
They do stay cool.
Also at “high” current.
Conclusion
Any brand name cell is cheap compared to these, when looking at \$/mAh. For cheap cells look for brand name 2600mAh cells, never something above 3500mAh.
About week ago guy laughed at me when I said that I use high quality 3000 mah HG2 18650 batteries these days… He said: Oh that is nothing! I have 9000 mah 18650 cell!
One simple fact is that this batteries should got import/export/manufacturing ban…
So laughable, and at the same time sad that it’s conning people, quite openly too! At least with your tests out there hkj it will save some from being victims!
Despite how bad those batteries are, I can’t deny that they did a good job on the packaging. That’s way better than some other famous chinese dealers does… Gearbest often just throw the cells into the shipping bag without any kind of protection. How ironic?
