The E02 , 18650 battery seems good option for me……or perhaps both….
If I had to choose - E01 is for me. But yes - let’s have BOTH!
Looks nice. At around 25$ I would buy one…
interested in shorter one
Why not xpl hi? And medium mode is kind of high at 250 lumens?
Nice light!
Yeah, an xpl hi and a Smooth reflector would improve these two lights…
But when I get then, I intend to make those changes anyway, even if banggood don’t.
So with the same driver and emitter as the BLF A6, this is basically the same light, but with a side-switch? The individual specs of the lights differ a bit on Banggood, but for all intents and purposes, this would be an A6, right?
Yeah they seem to be side switch versions of the astrolux s1 (blf a6)…
Hopefully >1cm shorter.
Question is, why would they market is as 500 lumens lower output?
I think 1000 lumens are more reallistic data for this EDC lights….1600 lumens is Nice…awesome…and bla bla…but not useful, perhaps Astrolux is making flashlights for use in the diary work y not for say: wow how hot is this!!
I feel like Astrolux is the hot brand for 2016 so far. A side switch only light is a rarity in my collection. If there’s a group buy for the E01 and E02, I’m in for one of each.
It looks good. Side switches tend to turn on accidentally in my pocket.
I am interested in seeing a review.
I would buy the battery tube alone if it legoes
I feel the next logical step is to make a headlamp version, I’ll be all over that. Maybe someone is up for organizing a BLF headlamp with Bistro UI.
Awesome. I don’t really need one, but if it’s $25 after coupon I won’t be able to resist buying one
I hope they also do red and blue versions like they did for the S1.
I am in for a light IF a separate tube is available
I am in for a light IF a separate tube is available
it will be
Interesting. Keen to know about how the switch works or rather how resilient it is to accidental activation. What about a clip? Couldn’t see one in the pics.
Goodlooking! If the BLF-A6 driver indeed is used, the side switch must be a clicky, of good quality (because it carries all current). Looks like a fine host for a triple too
I like the developement: Astrolux making new flashlight designs in a good price class, with that nice and familiar driver.
no pocket clip?
Interested in the E02. But what are the dimensions?
