One premium light and one budget is a very good idea ! I vote for BC40 for ~45$ (or PC25 for similiar price) 
BC40 would be slammin' for 44$
I would like a BC40 for $40.

Well, I think you have to do something about those prices to make it interesting... at least for the SS A3:
The alu version of the A3 is sold out in many places... are you sure that you can get enough in every colour?
