How about promoting truthfullness. I just recieved the replacement light for the one that Fasttech sold me, with fake Crees.
Suprise suprise, the replacement, that I was ASSURED would have authentic Cree emiters, has more fake Crees.
I might have been born at night Fasttech, but not last night.
Fasttech has squandered every last bit of any benefit of doubt that I had ascribed to them. The plausible deniability of Fasttech being “mislead” by its suppliers is all long gone. Used up.
I am not in the consumer electronic business. The very first I had heard of fake LEDs, was when I recieved one.
In a few seconds, it was clear to me that Fastteh had sent me another POS light with fake LEDs. I uploaded a pic here, just to make sure I was not wrong. Fasttech sent me fakes. Again.
If I can identify a fake, WTF can’t you Fasttech? Its your job to ensure that your suppliers are not ripping off your customers.
Can’t you be bothered to check that what you are selling is what is described? Or do you think we are too stupid to know the difference?
Perhaps your business model is based on letting your customers vet your suppliers for you.
Who knows. Perhaps whatever the situation actually is is irrelevant. The bottom line, is that Fasttech is either incapable of exercising a minimum level of due dilligence in ensuring that they are not cheating their customers. Incapable, or unwilling. Either way, the outcome is the same.
Piss poor stock management policy or something. My 02/23 order got home on 04/12 give or take. It included batteries, of course. :person_facepalming:
My latest one, placed on 04/01, was shipped on 04/15. Again, batteries all between. At least I could change one of the order items a couple of times, lets hope I don’t receive one of those Lattice Crap emitters on that new SKU UltraFire SK98. :person_facepalming:
Af if this were not enough, I’ve recently posted a pile of questions about certain items on the product pages and… 0% answers. Customer service rating: UltraSux. :person_facepalming:

Sorry to hear about the experience. FastTech pay seriously attention on the fake products we have received from supplier recently. I have requested all of our QC staffs to be more careful on checking the products and blacklists the suppliers that provide the fake Cree.
