Did you see the sellers message: "This seller is currently away until October 7, 2011"

I'm sure they will be back after that.

Has anyone managed to get the seller to reply to Best offers? I'm on my 3rd and final offer with no reply.

i just brought them i did not bother with best offer as some times it takes so long to get a replie, ill test mine when they get here should be next week.

He didn't respond to my typical order of $5.00 each for a set on my last offer I made him. Usually he does pretty quick. My bet is he is either on vacation or away from his computer for a few days.

Im testing some now.

Can't wait for your results.

I just got 2 more of them in the mail today. I think I need to order a few more.

my quick test of the hi-max,s

How about a special deal for forum members? ;)

I just found out that these batteries are manufactured by Samsung. Shane told me that he is selling them now and Samsung is listed as the manufacturer. Thought you guys would want to know.

Yes. protactical19

But if you just send him an email personally and pay him through his paypal account it will be cheaper.

Thanks! I just ordered 3 for my dry!:D

Any sense of whether these are as safe as the AW batteries? (I don't know if that's even a legitimate question, but people seem to stress that the premium Li ion batteries are, for some reason, safer.)

It’s 5$ for a pair shipped?

It's not $5 for a pair. It's $5.99 + shipping for one.

Here you can see the prices.

Im wondering the same thing?

I thought I would let you guys know that apparently Samsung is double wrapping these batteries now with a clear plastic wrap over the white Hi-Max wrap. Or at least the set I got in the mail today was that way. I really like them. They should now be even more durable than the Xtars. I'll get a picture up in a second. Hopefully it will show so you can see it.

The 2 on the left are the older Hi-Max. The 2 on the right are the newer ones. The same goes for the 2nd picture.

Does it affect thickness greatly?

Looks good to me. Durable insulation is an excellent feature imo.
