I think you can test with 14500 battery.
Neat little light with great specs. I’m glad that Manker comes out with leaner lights with less function-less design protrusions. I may fall for this one 
Are all modes PWM-less?
Of course it needs a better led (warmer, CRI-er, but that is easier with Manker flashlights than with Olight flashlights 
)

Would the switch accidentally turn on in a backpack?
It does not mention elctronic lock-out anywhere so I guess: yes it is possible.
But the tail section has anodised threads on both sides, so a quarter turn loosing the tail will probably provide mechanical lock-out.
My guess is that it could happen.
But carrying the light in a backpack with a slightly untwisted tailcap or body will 100% prevent that from happening.
