This is likely a long shot, but is anyone aware of a universal cell phone battery charger that’s also capable of being used as a type of power bank? I am looking for one of those chargers with the movable pins that fits different type removable cell phone phone batteries, and has a female microUSB in port to accept charging…these are numerous. But, one like that that also has a USB out port to use the connected battery to charge other devices? Thanks for your replies in advance.

Any run of the mill xiaomi has USB put to connect charging cables to.
Saves the hassle of removing the battery from the phones as well.
But you probably have a good reason not to want that.
I think I know what you’re talking about - in fact I have one! But I can’t find a link to it right now - apparently Amazon isn’t selling this exact item any more.

That one doesn’t have a microUSB input for charging, but rather charges straight from the wall. Then it allows you to use any charged phone battery to power a USB-out, to charge other devices. Is that what you mean?

i have about 3 cheap ones that have usb in and usb out

I think the OP is talking about a charger that can directly charge a removable phone battery. (I.e. you take the battery out of your phone, and put the bare battery into a charger). Then, potentially leave the bare phone battery in the charger, and use it as a power bank to charge a different device.
For those of us with phones that have removable batteries, this is a valuable feature: carrying a spare battery is a lot easier, more compact, and arguably more convenient than carrying a battery bank + cord. (I personally won’t buy a phone unless it has a removable battery… There aren’t many options any more, but IME a built-in battery limits the useful lifespan of a phone to ~ 2 years.)
if that is what he wants, i have never heard of it, and usually those ‘universal chargers’ just have a 120VAC plug, not even a wallwart that you could jack into with the ;power bank…
though that IS a more efficient way to charge the battery, compared to leaving the phone on and plugging into the power bank, or turning it off and having no phone service for 5 hours

We have an extra battery for all phones it is handy
Being able to use different models on one device (charge them outside the phone AND use as power bank) is neat, I really hope something pops up
