Is it just me or are high CRI flashlights getting more popular?
Looks interesting, on the third pic down it lists the weight without battery but the battery is integrated? Looks like that mecharmy thing, pretty cool.

Description says IP56 rated, not what we’re used to but definitely better than none at all, and probably more than sufficient IMO.
I’m in, quantity dependent on price.
Looks like a really nice light, flat form factor will make it good for a pocket light.
Rechargeable option is nice as well, auto shutoff, otherwise my kids would kill the battery in short order.
ETA: Intersted in the XP-G2 version, I’ll put some of the new High-CRI XP-G3’s in mine. The output is higher than the Nichia’s according to Djozz’s test. Haven’t had a chance to test any of mine yet but I have complete confidence in Djozz

Just talked to the factory.
Price is $29.99. oh my, I thought I heard it wrong. I thought $39.99 is pretty good already.
The release date is “next week”. We will start Pre-Sale once we have a more solid date. THUMB and LA10 had a slight delay (they will be shipped out from the factory tomorrow) and we don’t want to disappoint again.

At the moment, in the group buy feeler thread, TIP CRI is ahead of TIP 17-7. I’m very curious how this ends up, and if it causes more flashlight companies to make high CRI lights. Are you seeing this, Coast, with your TIR zoomie lens that I really like???
