Do we have info on the price for the heat treated version?

If its reasonable I’d consider that over the standard version I have already been listed for…

Put me on the list for one Astrolux S41S 4x Nichia, heat treated.
Is there possibilty to use 18650 aluminum body from their range of products?
Note: probably will order it after have some review/tear down of sample. Thanks.

Will the old alu version get XPG3 leds?

Heat-treated version.

Some updates:

  1. There will be heat-treated 18650 extension tube.
  2. I was told that there will be no "green" Nichia (to be verified with sample).
  3. No protective coating for the copper head.
  4. Extension tube may take longer time to get ready.

Oh my wallet and my girlfriend gonna hate you…. Must resist… I have enough lights…
Ah this heat-treated looks really badass. but the normal stainless too. If I could afford would buy all three versions

sexyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy .

can you heat treat the extension tube 18650 too?

I only use 18650 batteries

Okay, guess now I want both types! Put me down for 2 now, 1 of each, both Cree LED’s.
Extension tube for both as well please.

List updated. PM me if there are any changes required. Thank you.

You can delete me from #3 on the list, where you’ve added me to the bottom is correct

I’m interested in one heat treated Nichia.

I’m in for 1 with Nichia/18350

Thanks

Any chance of getting just host?

Please add me for one please.

Not now. Most likely after pre-order period.

+ 1 XPG3/ with the 18650 extention: the non ROFL( coloured) version pls

+ 1 XPG3/ with the 18650 extension

:sunglasses:

I’ve been considering an S41 or E14 but have been put off by the complaints on the Nichia tint (green), among other issues (mixed emitter’s, and emitters burning out) I’m really only interested in using with 18650.

It appears with this new version we may see some improvements, the stainless looks great but I’m afraid it would be too heavy to actually want to carry like the SS/Cu X6 is (that one just sits, it’s way too heavy to carry around)

If it’s true that this will be an improved version I’m hoping for it to also be made available with both tubes in aluminum.

“Manufactured by new supplier”

Can we please know who the new manufacturer is?
