Basically I have a ton of 18650’s that are not protected, and wanted to leverage them to power up some 5mm flat top LED’s. 3 or 4 would put me nicely in the 12ish volt range.
The draw would be super low… comments/suggestions?
parallel the leds and their current limit resistors.
then if more runtime is needed parallel the batteries.much safer than unprotected series cells.easier to charge too.
