I haven't tested that myself. They are reported to achieve a slightly lower capacity figure (ā10%) than claimed. It seems you won't find a much better product than this one in this category.
For a while now the EFEST IMR and WindyFire IMR are generally considered the best performing 14500 cells around, maybe slight advantage to the WindyFire's, plus cheap for flat or button top at $3 each. Richard at MtnE sells both, not sure where to buy overseas.
I think I made the request for the LiitoKala 26650-50As some time ago. HKJ said they weren't on his listā¦
Besides Mooch at the E-Cigarette Forum, I don't know of any other willing and/or capable of doing a decent review of 'em. My bet is, unless HKJ changes his review policy (which may be mediated), Mooch is our only chance for now.
These bad boys i bought mine from Fasttech so damn cheap and they perform well just a tad under my AW 14500 IMR cells but so much cheaper. i think they are the same as the Fandyfire 14500?
!
I would like to see reviews on 9 volt batteries.
I have been using a 9v nimh duracell ultra for some months.
Works fine but it requires a special charger. Luckily I moved from the classical cheap 9v charger that took a day to charge, and I am using an imax B6 at 0.1A. Now the charging is quicker and I get more runtime from the instrument.
I am getting a li-ion rechargeable 9v battery, a zenter s19 9v, that should allow me to have a lot more runtime and wonāt require any special charger. In the eventual reviews, Iād like to know, if possible, if this model, or any other li ion rechargeable one, can be recharged while used.
EDIT: also, Iād like to know which nimh 9v battery tipe is best for which application (8.4, 9.6, 10.8ā¦).
