I ordered a Fenix Diffuser tip from DD because I had a voucher from my last order which took 4 months.
So I just thought might as well use it up and see what happens.
Well my DD parcel arrives today, what a surprise...only 12 days after I sent PP!!!! That must be a new record, less than 2 weeks.
Diffuser is pretty nice too - granted its not white like I thought it would be, my diffuser is clear. But thats okay.
So Im pretty happy with this order, thanks DD, so Im just letting people know. Sometimes people talk about bad, so in this case it happened to be good.
One of my lasts orders at DD (from China to Spain), the gungray E09, received in 11 natural days since the shippment date, or said in a different manner, 12 days since the payment date.
Normally, things from China should take 21 natural days or more to arrive to me here in the Islands of Spain...
However, this is a lottery. I have had things from China which came in less than 7 natural days.... other have took up to 4 months to arrive. But the normal time is about 21 natural days (3 weeks) since the Shipping date
(Package says 21.5mm compatible with LD10/LD20/PD20/PD30)
I ordered it for my LD20 (2xAA) - Perfect fit
Klarus P1A - Will not even fit at all, diffuse will not go over the tip.
The diffuser is a hard plastic, its not flexible or pliable at all, if anything it would crack if you try to squeeze the opening or force it.
Maybe for the Klarus I will try to order its own cone diffuser later on because I think a diffuser is a really good accessory to have if you like to use lights as a candle.
I agree with you, I think it's good to give credit when due. I posted about a similar experience the other day, it took DD 8 days to get my order to the US. They seem to be either hot or cold...when they're hot, they're hot!
Thanks for the info! I agree, diffusers are really good accessories. i have diffusers for pretty much all of my lights (incl AAA lights). Original Klarus diffusers seem to exist, but i bought this one for my P1A and P2A:
I will order that diffuser you linked to for my P1A and P2A, they look nice and the price is right. I think Im going to order from DD again since they did well on this order and I will be sure to get the same product you ordered.
the important message of the review post is: the Tank diffuser does NOT fit right out-of-the-box. Both of my Tank diffusers came with ~22.7-22.8mm inner diameter while both the P1A and P2A have a 23.1-23.2mm bezel diameter. It costs efforts (man power) to bore up the Tank diffuser. I did it for 1 of the 2 samples, the other Tank diffuser is still untouched.
