Erik made me order a couple of these . . . . took just 11 days to get here too.
I cannot believe a host with this kind of quality is just $12.50 . . .
. . . actually, I just looked again at solarforceflashlight-sales and it says $11.99. Baysters hosed me .50 x two.
Anyway; can't believe I waited this long to get the new version one of these and apparently, the L2M likes the bling. Lesee; a convertible torch that can be configured to several different battery formats with exquisite machine work, bullet-proof anodization, mission-critical reliability and . . . is drop dead gorgeous? $12? Really?
Just when I thought I had my P60 bases covered . . . .
I just want to confess I have been traveling the country and sneaking into flashlight forum peoples houses when they are asleep and holding a gun to there head until they order Solarforce L2Ms. Sorry guys I need help, better lock those windows you could be next.
Yeah, I'm good for a little unnecessary hyperbole . . . I actually have only had it a few days so, I don't know squat about its reliability. If it's anything like my other Solarforce lights, however . . .
Nice light! Had been on my list for a while, but went with the 501a that fits my 16340 as well, but this SF must blow my 501a out of the water! I just wanted sth cheap for my UV drop in, that takes 16340’s
They also have a grey L2 for 9.99, which looks more silver/chrome than grey.
I understand that they put out noticeably less light, but I’ve always been drawn to warm whites, and I suspect there will still be more than enough lumens for general use. Any thoughts?
Anyone else can feel free to chime in as well of course, especially if you know where to pick up a 3-mode for the same price (I know intl-outdoor.com sell 3-mode warm white P60 drop-ins, but they are $23 instead of $15.85).
