I dont know what kind you are talking about, I assume its not just the plastic ones for 50 cents on eBay?
I have a feeling he is talking about 4 of them wire in series to go into a D-maglite that has been quad-bored.

Nope, I don't have any but I'm pretty sure you can buy them individually.
That is not a stock Maglite body. It is the Elephant body. Five Mega made the whole thing. 4x18650 will not fit in a Maglite, no matter how much you bore it.
Sorry, if you want it for another light, then yes if the ID is right. I do not know of anyone carrying a 4x18650 except for Five Mega.
Yeah, you're right. I had been thinking of quad boring a maglite for 4 aa. Sorry. 
You could try and modify this:
3 x 18650 Carrier
Or Mdocod over on CPF will make you one for a price.

I have a good as new ITP polestar A6 thats only been used in house that needs a new carrier for 6 x AA or two 3 x AA carriers ?
Ex wife kidnapped her for while and the carrier fell apart through nil maintenance.
