IMHO its a framelock like the Sebenza

Edit, you might want to check how far in is that frame lock engaging the blade looks to me about 90% in, a little use and it might start getting loose lockup

Isn’t it too small the 604? I have the SRM 710 and 733 and i think that they are too short and little and with liiiiitle handle for doing almost anything, and they are much bigger than the 604!!

It’s small for sure. I already have the 605 which is the same size. I like the fact that it’s small enough to carry in my pocket without noticing it.

I have larger knives of course. The 605 (and 604) have a cut out in the bottom of the blade (coil) that allow you to move your first finger up there and therefore you can get all 4 fingers on the knife and your thumb can rest on top of the blade.

For a small knife it’s reasonably comfortable to use. I’m 6’1” and therefore don’t have particularly small hands and it’s still easy to use. If I get a package that I would like to open with a knife I always know that I have one with me.

For a really comfortable knife to hold and use I would pick my Enlan-Bee L05-1. That’s the most comfortable knife that I have and the easiest to open as well.

I have the l05-1 rosewood but for me, the most comfortable knife that i have i think are enlan el01 and enlan el08 but, perhaps the enlan el04MCT is the number one (the handle only).

Am I the only one who likes SRM 719? I'm planning to order some more of those, at some point.

Sure I'm quite newbie with knives, but still.. Why does the 719 get so little love?

@ Xatu : Buenas, paisano!

My new exduct knife is gonna be…. none. I’m gonna delete the web from my list. That, or i start looking for a new job to pay for them. I don’t need any, but everytime i check their specials… BTW, from your list i only own the ganzo 704, the new one, with thicker blade. Solid, i fell in love after wathing some destruction tests on youtube. As usual, service from Exduct was very professional. The only flaw was that it wasn’t sharpened at all, but that’s easy to fix with a good stone. When i got it, it replaced my other large folders.

@Flacomuchacho ¿Eres español y vives en Alemania?, ¡bienvenido!.

It’s strange to see a ganzo knife unsharpen, my ganzo g710 is razor sharp out of the box. There are a lot of knives that i like it for my buying list (including g704), it is a nightmare!.

Haha, i have the same question but for the enlan el03 model, it is impressive, a beautiful blade, sturdy like the el01 (same thickness liner lock) etc and, nobody likes it, it doesn’t speak about it on anywhere.

By the way, i just see the srm 719 and i don’t like it. Big Smile

Yep, yep! y estos dias, con tal de dar por el …… con el futbol , un poco mas!

I was shocked when i got the knife. everything was ok, but it was dull, reaaally dull. I was trying to do the papercut to check it, and my gf saw it: she was kinda “waht-the-f@#k-did-you-buy?”. I bought other ganzos and they were literally razor-sharp, and so was the srm 763 (what a masterpiece). The only thing i don’t like about the 704 is the dagger-like tip. I was no joking when i said i’m not checking exduct anymore. It’s easy to resist buying a nice 100 bucks knife, but when it’s only 15… hard, very hard.

For the EL03 and for the 719 it’s probably the handle that some don’t care for (including me).

I like very much the F3-723 with black and golden handle, beautiful knife, and the look of the 723 like me very much in general.
