Pretty much as expected except for the quicker drop off of the Panasonic bare cell.
I’ve been busy testing samples of different sizes18350, 16340, 26650 and IMR/LiMn to have a bigger range under the Torchy brand.
Hopefully I will finalise the range soon.

I think there are more good quality batteries about which is why the prices seem to be going up (although I can’t see what justifies the price of AW foe the most part). Hopefully Ultrafire. GTL, etc will disappear one day.
I got a price for 10 xtar 3100’s for usd $90 delivered from an alibaba seller. Including slow post which was supposedly $14.50 (seems a bit high) but overall ok considering others want $12 +
