There is a very good match between the two tested batteries.
The protection trips at about 3A, this is a good value for this cell.
Conclusion
There is not much to say about this battery, with a Sanyo cell inside, I will call it a very good battery.

Thx HKJ, good to see more choices for sizes other than 18650.
EDIT: will you be adding these to your 18650 comparator?

No, I hope to make a small battery comparator with 16340, 14500 and likes, but it will probably be more than a month before I have time for that (I need to do a couple of other reviews first).

The usual great review HKJ – thanks. I missed these on Intl-Outdoor’s site (which I look at almost daily
). Obviously new, and good choice – I;ve bought Trustfire flames on recommendations here.
So these are best protected 14500’s out there, at the moment?
I cannot answer that, they are only the 3. 14500 I test and their performance looks extremely close to the Keeppower ones.

But keeppower ones aren’t available for purchase anywhere
Thanks again HKJ!
