It has been over half a year since we are marked as an [avoid] company. We are striving for being a decent company in BLF which is one of the best flashlights forums. We believe our great effort could be seen by all the members here. We promise all of you that we will follow close to the line of business ethics and keep providing help which Louis Huang & Sherry Ye have done all the way, also keep far away from lying shills.

We were starting from our own to get rid of the fake product reviews. We don’t do any forms of bate-and-switch selling tactics, because that is can’t be worse any more. But we have to admit that some products information is not that accurate and we will correct them with our effort. During the past half year, we were actually serious about redemption to launch several Group Buy. we were keeping on providing in-time customer service from then on.
What we did is striving for being a decent company. And the best prove is that Tmart is not treated as an “avoid” company any more. Thank all your opinions, pertinent evaluations also criticism.

I only ordered the King from Tmart. I received it quickly and it’s perfect. I appreciate your efforts.

I myself haven’t ordered, but recently I’ve heard a ton of great stuff about you guys, especially the fast shipping times. And you do a lot of group buys, it seems like you’ve really tried to better yourselves as a company! The only problems with you guys, which weren’t really problems, it was problems with the lights, were resolved by either a new light or part to replace the faulty one.

You guys should at least be taken off the avoid list to just neutral and maybe if enough people get behind it, RECOMMENDED.

Tmart should have the avoid removed and be listed as recommended. They have improved dramatically and are deserving of more respect for it along with more sales. I hardly ever here a bad thing about them and have had only great experience with them.

I’ve always had great experiences with Tmart, not to mention fast shipping. This is over the last 1.5 years and numerous orders. All companies make mistakes, but Tmart is clearly serious about providing good service and solving problems. If we held the current standard used for Tmart against any other vendor, they’d all have an ‘avoid’.

I ordered an HD2010 from TMart on 7/12, and it was in my mailbox today 7/18, and arrived in perfect shape.
Mine is the Ultrafire, gray color, with an 18650 it pulls 2.2A.

The beam is amazing; very similar to my TK41in spill, brightness, color and hotspot size, and that is running an 18650.

I may have to invest in a couple of KingKongs and see how they do.

If they just had not put the blinky modes in, it would be a near perfect torch.

Packaging was very secure, no defects in the light (the threads needed lubed, but that is normal with Chinese lights), and the emitter is perfectly centered.

No complaints about TMart, I vote remove the ‘avoid’ label.

2 orders, both shipped to my door in about a week. my hd2010 was bought with the coupon for $34 and it arrived in near perfect condition. i still think its the best value light i own.
next i got a bunch of automotive leds. decent prices and all 40 or so that i paid for were accounted for and working. i was surprised i wasnt an led short because of how small they are.

id recommend t-mart from my limited experiences. it would be nice to have better written product descriptions though.

Since DD got their avoid removed Tmart should too.

I made 1 purchase so far from Tmart. It was the group-buy thread here light. Well the light I received wouldn’t change modes properly. I notified Louis and he put me in touch with Sherry. I ended up agreeing to a $5 discount and they put the money in my paypal account in just a few days. I typically only use high mode on most of my lights anyway, but it was handled nicely I thought. So I would recommend them.

Does t mart have a European warehouse? I’ve not used them yet (to be fair, I’ve only been using eBay sellers, took a gamble with a couple but generally use cyberport888 and the like. If there is a European warehouse I may gave to try them.

Good behavior should be rewarded. Louis approached BLF several months ago, striving and promising to improve and get the avoid label removed. I think TMart has lived up to their promises in product offerings, site accuracy, shipping times and after sales customer service. I've participated in two group buys and one other that was impulse. I wish all my other purchases had gone as smoothly as the ones from TMart.

I vote to remove the Avoid label. Keep up the good track record and they should get a Recommended label later.

Back in February, Tmart had a sale on 3-mode Sipik SK68 clones. I was one of the first to order, and everyone that ordered it received a 1-mode flashlight. Tmart gave me the runaround, lied to me for a while, then lied to PayPal about the transaction. Somehow Tmart was able to keep my money. PayPal was kind enough to give me a refund out of their own pocket.

That wasn't the first or last time Tmart pulled a classic bait & switch on an honest BLF member. I might order from Tmart again, but I probably won't be one of the guinea pigs. I'll let someone else order first and then report back that they actually received what they ordered. My experience with Tmart was very negative, and their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. If I remember correctly, edc came up with this crossword puzzle after being burned by Tmart:

B S

A W

I I

T M A R T

N C

D H

My wound is still fresh. Tmart has my money, I got nothing. Good thing Paypal also refunded my 2nd transaction from them.

I like sherry! add her to the poll

I have seen the efforts made by Tmart and having an active representative here in the forums is a big plus. I say remove the avoid label. But I have no experience buying from Tmart so I won’t vote.

Wasn’t me but I laughed anyway. The bait and switch concerns me but I wonder if just the employees who don’t give a shite and just send whatever.

I haven’t ordered from them since they have improved their efforts. My past experience was they would advertise amazingly good prices on common budget lights. Then I ordered and they were poor quality versions of those lights.

I like that they have a presence here, but since I don’t have any recent experience with them I can’t vote, but if others feel like they should no longer have the AVOID label, I think that’s fine. If they screw up, it can always go back.

With any dealer, I think it really helps to have accurate descriptions of their products. Don’t just take the supplier’s word for it. Flashlights should be tested before they are shipped out. It only takes a few seconds. Also they need good customer service when there is a problem.

Always been a fan of tmart. Mostly because I get near instant gratification when I order some cheap stuff.

Three orders in Total. Every Skyray King I ordered was name branded and worked outstanding. Fast delivery and well protected packaging.

One order was Trustfire 3T6, a total fake. Underperformed, poor workmanship, nothing like the examples from Manafont. And this order came between my Skyray King orders. So, maybe a fluke, but still disappointing.
