Trustfire 18650 batterys: What is the ideal storage voltage?

So I got mine from ebay. What is the optimum storage voltage for this type of battery? That is not going to use it in the near future.

Mine on full charge is 4.08Volts max. After 30-45 minutes of continuous use goes down to 3.75Volts.

LOL, if you don’t start their storage live at 3.7, they will get there eventually.
I try to give mine a full charge about every 3 months.
