Is "ampletex" a legit Solarforce seller?

I am looking to get a P60 host as well, and so since the L2T is so highly acclaimed that was what I first searched for too :slight_smile:

Found a seller on eBay who seem to have them cheaper than everyone else. In fact his pricing was half that of the solarforce account on eBay.

Surely these must be fake? And even if it is fake, what caveats does the fake have?

I just looked on ebay, and what I saw was a standard L2T for about $21…but this was just a host. There are some for about $40 there, but they have an XM-L drop in included. If you’re seeing something else, please post a link, I’m sure others would be interested too.

ampletex sell it for $21,95 (the body)

or $40,95 with a XM-L drop-in.

@wshyang
Do you think this prices are good?

Solarforceflashlight-sales.com sell the body for $18,99 (incl. shipping) and with a drop-in for $29,99 incl. shipping.

Oh, thanks for the clarification… SolarforceHk is selling the body with drop-in @ $40, which must be the cause of my confusion :slight_smile:

Is the drop-in from Solarforce good? Or will I enjoy the highly recommended one from MF more?

The SF drop-in is nice but not driven hard, 2A I believe. If you want full output get one of the custom drop-ins sold over in the “for sale” forum. E1320 is making some really nice drop-ins.
