Just found out there are 2400mAh Turnigy AA LSD batteries available

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=25023

Anyone tried these?

2200 weighs 29g

2400 weighs 35g

Info taken from product config table below description, it seems they have copy-pasted description without correcting battery weight.

It looks like these are replacing 2200 cells, taken from 2200 product page:

Good if you want to fill an order to a weight limit.Rebranded something? Dia: 14,3mm Do not think they can match the life of Eneloops((Genuine  ).Hobbyking also got a lot of other interesting batteries.

Well, 8 batteries will cost me less than 20$ shipped, not that expensive now considering its 2400mAh now instead of 2200mAh, their shipping has never been cheap tho

Anyone knows some working buddy codes? Those that Ive found online are not working, shows the same price.

With buddy codes you only get the first one for the cheaper price, the rest will be at full price.

HobbyKing also has NiZn AA batteries available now, under their own Turnigy brand.
They’re rated at 1500mAh, which at 1.6V results in 2.4 Wh - which is equal to 2000mAh @ 1.2V.

That doesnt matter, there are ways to get all your items at discounted price no matter if its 1 or 10 items.

These interest me…as I’m trying to decide what the best AAs will be for my new light (still trying to bid for it/get it). I’d think HK would pile them up in their US warehouse so that shipping isn’t a bid deal?

Thanks.

Im gonna buy these if they prove to be as reliable as their 2200 supposedly were.
I hope that with 2400 REAL capacity could be 2400mAh or even 2500mAh, just like Eneloop Pro/XX, wonder whats the max cycle count on these?
On Eneloop 2500mAh its 500 cycles and 1500-1800 cycles on 2nd/3rd gen 2000mAh Eneloops.
