so we have heard of all the stories where the XXXXfire cells bought in pairs can be made of great variance in quality/age. so what are you guys success rate in getting Good cells? today i did a drain test on 2 red ultrafire 3000mah 18650s i got off amazon. i had the light on till protection kicked in. when i checked the voltage, one had 3.5v, the other read nothing, i assume the protection kicked in, around 2.8v or so. also of course it was no where near 3000mah. so yea i got 2 very different ones, how about some of you guys?
i have no idea how much the bc40 pushes out at high, but maybe 2.5 to 3 amps? but anyways it couldn’t sustain the draw since after the batteries rested but they regained some voltage, one cell was at 0.0, now reading 3.26, so definitely couldn’t sustain the amp draw, the other still measures around 3.5, so it pretty much stayed the same since taken out of the light
