They have a great websight but the name may be more accurate than I thought. I placed an order for a combo charger and 4 18650 batteries on August 20th.I was thinking of buying a Jetbeam PA40 from them but hadn’t heard and feed back..so I did this order as a test.The charger and batteries are nothing special and are available from several other US sellers.When I placed the order it was not stated that the items were out of stock and I quickly got an e-mail reply of my order.Two weeks went by and I heard nothing else so I emailed there customer service with no reply.Sent another e-mail a few days later and got a response that the combo pack hadn’t come in(out of stock?) and would be shipped when it did in a week.That was almost two weeks ago!I sent another e-mail this morning and still haven’t heard anything back again!I am about to give them a call to see what is going on and to cancel my order(more than likely). I though this would be a good seller due to how close they are to me……I guess I was wrong.Has anyone else had any experiance with this “company”?-Rick

I’ve ordered from them a couple of times and had great service, hopefully your situation will resolve itself shortly

Strange,I had bought a SWM v10r that was missing the pocket clip and I called and it was handled very quick,maybe calling the CS number would be better.

Well, I sen’t another (4th) e-mail to them on Thur. w/no response.This morning I had a few min. before work so I called the “customer service” line.The call wouldn’t go through so I tryed from a land line at work…nope!The number is now out of service! It looks like Wiseguys is no more…took my 43 bucks and ran.The web sight is still up and I am sure they have and will take others money also.So BLFer’s……don’t send these Wiseguys any of your money!-Rick

Wow,sorry to hear that,I checked out their ebay store and they have zero items for sale and a slew of negative feedbacks for not shipping items.HUGE red flag there,thanks for the heads up,seems a good place to shop went bad.

Yeah I attempted to call on monday, the number rang but I got no answer after probably 12 or so rings. I had ordered from them before, and so had a buddy who got his item quicker than I did, but mine wasn’t terribly slow either. But this time it looks like they decided to just take everyone’s money and run. They also have a facebook page that seems to have been removed or made private as a week ago I could view it, but now I cannot view it as I’m not a member of facebook, I asked a buddy to check and he said the page wasn’t accessible to him either though. A google cached version of their facebook page also shows two people complaining about their recent service, so it would seem within the last 2-4 months they decided to just up and leave.

Paypal has refunded my money from my transaction with ShopWiseGuys/WiseGuyGear. Hopefully anyone else will get the same if they filed claims in the required amount of time. I learned last year never let something go to long or you’ll be out of luck.

Glad you got your money back!

I think I am about to learn that lesson with LCK-LED of waiting to long. Ordered parts from there on 8/4/12 contacted them and on 9/6/12 about not having my order. They resent the order on 9/14/12 and I still have nothing. Contacted them a few days ago and they have not responded yet, they have been slow with responses through the whole process.
