Speaking as somewhat of a newb myself i think the X6 is not appealing to many folks here
with little mention of it. My 2 cents? I new i would buy this light at some point i just wasn’t sure when.
And in regards to what people consider a staple light or must have…Just like everything
else its basically irrelevant what others collect, have, or would like. At some point wouldn’t
you like to have a collection of whatever it maybe and know that no one has collection
quite like yours?
I couldn’t imagine buying something or in the case an X6 only because others have it and
then finding out i really do hate it…
Research the light and if you like it?…Buy it.
At stock it really isnt mind blowingly awesome unfortunately due to it being driven at 72.2% of what it ahpuld be driven at (6.5A inatead of 9A or higher). Once you mod it to 9 amps however, you’ll have a 2000+ lumen monster at your hands with im guessing 80-100k lux.

Thank you darkside, I normally think by comparing things quantitatively because there’s no substitute for numbers. Saying something is good or bad doesnt say much, but when numbers are introduced suddenly everything becomes a lot clearer because lux and lumens are universal among all flashlights so it just makes it so much easier to compare and choose.
