My Xtar charger has been working well for 3 months. Now, the status light in one of the bays is not functioning normally. When I plug the charger in, the light flashes red and goes off. When I put the battery in, there is no light. I can’t tell whether my battery is charging or not.
Is there a simple way to fix this? Or shall I contact the seller (HKE)?
If WP2-II: Have you accidentally set the switch on the back to “0” ?
Not an expert, if its switched to “0” with power plugged in, it would flashing red indicating USB output.
Well I might suggest open it up & have a look (Caution ! might void warranty) check & see for any cold-solder or other problem.
I had cold-solder component with the new SP2, right slot led was flashing red/green after months of usage, reflowed one of the component & now no more flashing red/green.
If you’re not comfortable with soldering, suggest contact HKE & send back for RMA
