Hi Guys, I ordered the Sky Ray King Original from Manafont valued at $54.80 and they shipped me the Sky Ray King Mimic instead valued at $43.75.
I have send them a polite e-mail to them regarding the issue and they replied I have to send back the item to resend the new item and my shipping cost will be credited to Manafont Instead to my paypal. So, what would you advise me? I do not want to deal with these idiots again. Any suggestions? Should I be lodging a Paypal dispute?
You sure you don't want the Mimic? I think it's every bit as bright, if not brighter (if using DD driver), than the normal King. There's also no guarantee that the normal King sold by MF is using original driver. You might just be fighting just to get a similar item in the end.
If you're willing to go with it, I think the easiest path would be to request for the price difference to be refunded. And some Mana-points for your trouble.
Take the mimic and ask them for the difference to be payed back to your Paypal account.
Does the mimic have the old(regulated) or new(DD) Driver?
As already mentioned, ask for price difference to be refunded!
Let us know if they actually do anything. I have two undelivered orders since august from them (THREE MONTHS) and they just tell me to wait. It will get here. Now they won’t even answer my polite e-mails at all. Lying crooks. Never again.
