Rosewill (Chinese compnay with u.s. offices) makes a ton of low-cost but sometimes high-quality computer hardware: routers, HD cases, nice PC power supplies, network cards., network switches, that kind of thing.
I never knew they made flashlights. I didn’t really check this too closely. Looks like there may be a switch problem. But it may be a nifty host for BLFers into alkaline batteries.
I also never knew that newegg sold flashlights. If you have a spare 1300 samolas (you read that right — 1300 bucks), you can get this 1130-lumen flashlight. Huh? A 1200-lumen flashlight for $1300? Huh? Say what and all that.
Looks like newegg sells some 2400+ flashlights if their search feature is to be believed. Never would have guessed. I’ll leave it to someone else to see if anything is worth buying. I skimmed a few pages but nothing jumped out at me.
But I will be getting 2 or 3 of the 1300-buck light.
Decent computer stuff. I don’t know about their lights.
I have a Rosewill esata backup drive enclosure plugged into this very computer. Like $10, and it has worked great for like 3 years now … Then again the first one broke in like 5 minutes, and I had to order a replacement.
Once again, that Chinese absolutely-no-QC problem.
“Foxfury went big on this one. If cranking 1,130 lumen out of only nine l.e.d.’s does not catch your attention then perhaps the rugged machined aluminum housing will.”
