I don’t know the prices on these duracell rechargeables or even if they’re any good, but for $19 it +SEEMS+ like an okay deal. I’m getting $0 postage to California using the postage calculator (and no tax of course):

Yeah they are a daily deals site ..Looks like the batteries are black top hybrids ..or durabrids...i think they are rayovac ..I've had them before some people say they are pretty good . depending on how good you think the price is ..it's not a bad deal .

I've bought from them before .. They also have pennywise as a sister site .. I use paypal i'm not worried what resellers ratings says I've never used it except when a vendor asked me to give a positive feedback on it for a few dollars off coupon
