Man, am I impressed. I tend to sometimes buy multiples of the same product if the quality is there and it’s because I pretty much know what I expect to get, both for the price and hopefully availability. Sometimes I get partial shipments on these types of orders. Ok, that’s something reasonable to expect. What’s not reasonable is if there’s a 6 week wait for the balance to arrive. You should tell your customer that deal from the get-go at time of order placement not after 6 – 8 weeks have passed and the customer has to ask the seller where ITH his product is instead of the other way around.
Well, FastTech is showing me in every purchase so far that they understand precisely that what the customer expects is something he should get and he should get it as quickly as possible and in the total quantity as much as possible, and that if for whatever reason they can’t fulfill the order, then they promptly communicate it.
I can’t over-emphasize how important it is to keep your customers informed, good, bad, or indifferent. Just keep them informed. They’ll appreciate it and come back for more business as a result.
FastTech’s ‘quickly as possible’ is proving to be very impressive consistancy-wise indeed.
This company has its act together.
Important to note: Btw, if anyone on BLF sends me a PM in the future wanting to sell me some of their products, adopt a respectful tone first in any correspondence you send. Because if you don’t you can kiss my business today and tomorrow goodbye. Don’t try and sell me your stuff and then expect me to buy it when it’s obvious you have no clue how to treat a potential customer in the first place.
If you’re in the business of selling then it’s your business to act like a seller and not as some clueless idiot peddling wares on a street corner with a scribbled cardboard sign.
“When I buy something in bulk you should prolly buy at least one too.”…..“They that have light shall rule the night.”…..“Flashaholics feel depressed without darkness.”…….“I’m a very terminal torchaholic. My entire life just flashed before my eyes
fasttech really is nice and fast, all my orders were shipped the next day, not that i received any of them yet.
I am waiting for 3 orders because i always find some stuff that’s just too cheap and can’t help myself buying it.
It is like this one time i first found this chinese deal site
A question: did any of you got a tracking nr?
my orders are all very low so i figured i didn’t get a nr because of that
I got tracking number for free, but that’s with $30 order. Maybe they give tracking numbers only for orders that exceed some sum (like e.g. DX gives free track on >$15 orders)
Like I commented on a different thread, received my stuff from HK to Vancouver in 9 days (from time of order to my door step).
I Like the site, pics, and descriptions are fantastic. I may have simply caught them at a busy time. im waiting for an order to ship about 6 days but it may be negligible due to the weekend. Im a fan im rooting for them. I have waited much longer that's for sure...
Just noticed they have the Aurora 3xAA that I thought only DX had. Nice.
Kinda funny though; you have to do specific searches to find the good stuff.

Got a Rook, a TR-3T6, and a J18 all from them
Packaged extremely well, all genuine parts and only took 1 day to ship and 12 days from being shipped to NJ
Highly Recommended!
That triple P60 they got keeps calling my name.

This one? http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10000970/1080500-cree-xm-l-t6-white-3-led-2200-lumen-flashlight-dro
It looks cool but it seems to be mildly driven (2.8amps) and is somewhat expensive ($25). $9-$10 isn’t a bad price for a Ultrafire drop-in though, so I might be grabbing one of those.
U think it actually puts out 2200 lumens?
That's not P60 sized. It's Maglite sized (well with a bit off grinding).

So this would be a no go for a sf host?
i got all excited for a moment (lol)
Good eye, I almost bought that thing thinking it was P60, LOL
This triple is 47mm in diameter. Your Solarforce or Surefire will measure 26.5mm to 27mm. Only a few sources that make a triple p60 type drop-in...link www.Oveready.com search under engines
We have people watching every single order and that’s how we can almost guarantee ship-out speed. The longest one I’ve personally seen is an order placed on 11/29 and shipped yesterday (12/3). 5 days including weekends, 3 days without.
This is not our standard service, and we are sorry about that. We were bombarded by thousands of $0.01 flashlight orders on 11/30 and it really took us off guard. We ran that promotion for ages (well, two weeks). A few days after it first began we thought it was no big deal, so we weren’t really on the look out for huge number of orders.
In the meantime, we’ve got everything chewed through now. The thousands of orders and close to a thousand tickets (ticket were responded to within 24 hours too). The site is streamlined and it can handle bigger promos now.
Please don’t take me wrong, we’re not trying to hard sale here — just wanted to say that we really are committed to customer satisfaction. We’ll prove this by action, and even if it means long hours.
Short answer: $15+ orders get tracking for free. Anything under $15 can be upgraded with tracking by paying $0.1 to $1.70. The exact upgrade fee is displayed during checkout, and depends on what you ordered.
We do recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping method (USPS First-Class for the States and Registered Airmail or everywhere else). Standard airmail can take 30 days or so during holiday seasons.
FASTTECH - LED Flashlights, Lasers and Electronics
Five days from the day I placed my order to its arrival at my location! A record!
Thanks Fasttech.com!
My name is indy, and I've been a flashaholic since 2004.
thanks fasttech!
nice to see an official representative here!
That would be my order, I checked back for shipping info this morning as I’ve not recieved a confirmation email yet.

it almost sounds like there’s going to be some christmas gifts under the christms tree for myself, including 3000 mAh TFF, an arduino mega and some other stuff that i ordered yesterday
but we’ll see how long time the shipping takes to Sweden, we’ll see…
What a refreshing thread. Links anyone?
Three Tanna leaves to give him life, nine to give him movement. But what if he eats the whole bag?
Scott
you mean like www.fasttech.com
or maybe a link to the arduino mega i ordered?
or would you rather have a link to the popular 18650 trustfire flames?
I ordered a FandyFire UV-S5 and four 18650 trustfire flames . They shipped last Wednesday and are already in San Francisco on there way up to Seattle! Super fast. BTW I forgot to add my coupon code so I sent them an email. They responded very quickly and refunded the 10% onto my ppl account. Just awesome.
How are they shipping out the packages… what is the shipper, USPS ePacket or a more expensive service?
Thanks.
I have a USPS tracking number so I would assume it is epacket. Nevertheless they are fast. I would order with confidence.
Thanks stolikat.
Yeah, USPS tracking number would make sense now… it’s the China Post/ePacket/USPS team.
FastTech ships blazingly fast…………………………
ePacket makes a world of difference – the USPS/China Post team, and they’ve probly had to ramp it up big-time for the holidays.
Mosta’ the members here (from all the months I lurked before joining) choose free shipping when they buy from China on the web (PURE China/HK Post, 3-4+ weeks and no tracking) and not used to quicker delivery from China…
I’m not sure how long this will last at their prices but, in the meantime, let’s enjoy
Well I’ve placed a number of orders on their site – 4 in total all on different days.
I’ll post up about the delivery times when my items arrive.
I am wowed by the speed of comms from them, if you cancel an order, update an order. pretty much everything really.
A few reviews:
Baofeng UV-6R | ThorFire TK4A | HaikeLite MT07 Buffalo | Thorfire VG15S | Klarus XT12GT | Imlent DN70 | Amazon stuff
I have just taken delivery of my package from FastTech. It spent a considerable amount of time within HK, not moving at all, and then it got here in a couple of days.
Overall I am happy with the purchase; only one item was DOA (wall socket-to-USB inverter), at $1.60 I am not going to send it back. Bought 20 fauxton keychain lights, all work, one is slightly dim; that's very good statistics
their giveaway AA light is very rudimentary; output is hardly over 10 lumens & tint is purple; it's not unlike the Gerber IU (except for build quality). I've been running it 10 hours on a freshly charged Duraloop, and it has only gotten brighter if that is at all possible (probably just an illusion caused by the reduced ambient lighting)
Not for me still waiting for my orders shipped on the 22nd and 23rd November.
