OK, here’s the story, I ordered a C3 from manafont early in Dec, after a month I was starting to get edgy, so mailed them for an update, “ella” replied asking me to be patient.
Then the next day a parcel arrived covered in chinese characters and what appeared to be a C3 inside, except no logo.
When I fired it up, the emitter was total crap, (hardly more light than a candle).
So by now, being very peed off, I decided to send off a ragemail to manafont the next morning. But before i did, yet another package arrived, this time with a manafont logo on and a GENUINE C3 inside, (I loved it, so did my wife, she bummed it off me, lol).
The puzzle is, who would send me a C3 lookalike which I hadn’t ordered, (or paid for)
If that happened to me, I’d probably check my ebay purchase history and discover I’d ordered something that I’d forgotten about.
To add to the C3 mysteries, DX has added a New C3 with a green switch cover. I ordered one about a week ago. Knowing DX, I expect to see it a month from now. If I remember, I’ll report back on what it’s like.

First thing I did sherlock!!, (love your handle,lol) but no joy, so I aint going to lose any sleep over it.
I was looking through DX earlier today, but missed that C3!!, it rang all my bells, especially 1 mode and forward clicky, so I pulled the trigger on it, so now comes the hard part……
