Well iv been on my phone for a bit so not posted, seems a lot happens on here!!!
2 perma bans……. God knows what thats about but presume someone was being a tad naughty! lol

One of my ex lights it seems has been doing some travelling half way across the world…… yes, another big lol!!!

And me, well iv been busy tinkering with this for a bit so not bought one single new light!!!

But, chrismas went well when id bought this

Yep you missed all the fun, and yes, one of your lights has now travelled from China to Scarborough, across the country to wigan for a brief stop over and is now somewhere in a US post sorting facility, before heading to Pennsylvania……

I’m hoping it arrives this week and we get some feedback. 8)

yes seems iv missed a lot!!! oh well, at least my internet is now sorted and i can happily browse the web properly again :slight_smile:

it was a doa ke-5 which gords did a driver replacement in it and then he passed the light on to someone else on here! lol…… its done a few travelling miles now i should imagine :slight_smile:

Keygos ke-5 with a 3.7a ramping driver to replace the lethargic driver it was supplied with. I hope the new owner likes it as much as I did as the two replacement drivers I recieved were complete guff, must contact them about that too, I hope I just got a poor one and broke one because the originals were awesome. :bigsmile:

I must have missed the reason for the bans. Seems like someone went off the deep end or something. Not sure but I’m sure it was warranted. The powers that be here are careful never to be too strict so to get banned, you have to earn it. It’s not like CPF where you can get banned for don’t like Surefire.

I like the holder, but I can already hear what my son would say at school. “My dad has a little doll that he stabs knifes into in the kitchen!”People at his school already think I’m out-there, this would really send them to the edge!

I had pm contact with both and can’t imagine them being the same person. NZ sent a pm rant which I replied to and then blocked him. Although I don’t want to see its use in the main forum it was quite cathartic in this instance.

Welcome back. I have no idea about the details of the commotion either.

I just know I’ve spent a lot of money on lights this year!
