Best shop for budget circuit board?

I see many of you make a lot of mod changing led and circuit board but where i can find good circuit at low price?

I search but i found a lot of driver for q5 and p7 but almost nothing under 1000 mA.

I need a circuit for a q3..

Any advice is welcome.
