Wallbuys -Where Is My Order At - Update: Order Received - Missing Laser - Cherry Is Sending Me One

Again I can’t track my package.

Here’s what I got from USPS.

RC146236045HK

Your Item’s Status We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

Here’s my order #.

Q1225127619

Now remember you said you shipped this on Dec 31. Well it ought to be in the US by now. And it ain’t.

Brad

I can track it:

With: http://www.track-trace.com/post

Destination – United States of America
The item (RC146236045HK) will leave Hong Kong for its destination on 11-Jan-2013

With http://www.trackitonline.ru/ you get some more information. I don’t post them, because they are in german (I think the hompegae recognize my IP)

Light up the darkness.

That’s what it said yesterday. My whole point in this thread is they lied about when they shipped this. They did not ship this on Dec 31st like they said. And it’s still in Hong Kong.

i guess i’m not alone with this nonsense, worse is .. i paid extra$30 to be ship with DHL, and they still didn’t ship it yet, now they e-mailed me and tell me there’s something wrong with my address.
the same address where they sent the first light that i ordered from dec 6th.
i told them my address is registered with paypal, and i never need to enter address info again when i used paypal as payment.
they’re just full of Sh!*… :Sp

That sucks…I hope your orders get sorted out or you get a quick refund.

No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar nor under a basket, but on the lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light.

I hear ya pal!

There’s another company who I think acts just like Wallbuys and deceives their customer base. And you probably can guess who that company is. It rhymes with Rhino Correct.

Need I say more!

Well Paypal is gonna be getting a claim very soon if things don’t turn around fairly soon.

They could offer me a 2 for one sell right now on everything in their entire store, and I would tell them to shove it.

I thought this whole thing was absurd, the first sale I got booted over and over again so I gave up.I really hope everyone gets their orders OK,a one day sale would have been smarter and probably easier to dispatch orders and monitor stock levels.Kinda glad I didn't get an order through by the sound of things.

I have been ordering from China for years, and it does not pay to have speedy shipment. I just use the default system, usually ePacket, or USPS China. It takes up to a month, I really don’t worry about it, it finally shows up. PayPal will cover, if you closely follow their system…

This is what Cherry had to say for their terrible customer service. Like they are doing me a favor in their response. Get real Wallbuys.

My email.

I’m mad as hell about how you lie to your customers. So I am spreading the word. You won’t get no more money from me. Now where in the hell is my order at. And don’t tell me you shipped it on dec 31st either.

Her response.

your tracking number can search ,and you can have a look http://www.17track.net/Single.html?num=RC146236045HK&mainType=97&childTy...

My response.

Your missing my whole point. Why is it still in Hong kong if you guys truly shipped it on Dec 31st? You lied.

Her response.

sir ,hongkong post have a new year holiday for 3 days
and The item (RC146236045HK) will leave Hong Kong for its destination on 11-Jan-2013
it means your goods will leave hongkong today,
so please wait for it

My response.

Well that is terrible service. I will spread the word about your company and how you act like Dino Direct towards your customers. Your not doing me any damn favor by shipping the order today I can tell you that right now. This is pathetic.

When it comes to ordering from China, I like to practice the art of patience. I recommend it. It works good for those who buy budget lights from China.

Well, when that time comes, you utilize the wonders of paypal security. But until then, face the fact that you’re ordering from a Chinese website at one of the busiest times of year during a huge sale that had a ton of people purchasing large orders.

Patience my son. Patience. Tis a virtue.

And if it doesnt arrive, like I said. Paypal is a wonderful thing. Until it arrives, calm your nerves by ordering a fresh toy from a reliable local website Silly

My cut and paste missed it when I was looking for your package.

Does that mean you are going to rant at me also? I was trying to help you.

HK post and China post are notorious for their slow deliveries. Some BLF members have already received their items bought during the Christmas sale so Wall buys is a legit store, with delivery times no worse or even slightly better than vendors like deal extreme. When buying from China/Hong Kong vendors Don’t expect delivery times to be the same as buying from within the states.

I also have four orders from wallbuys, ebay and aliexpress and still waiting.

Tracking numbers sometimes shows up after ten or more days.

Lol, once I got it before tracking shows up online.

Paypal gives 45 days. I think we should wait some more. :~

My only fear was whether they were real or not, as the evidence keeps proving that they are, the delivery stuff doesn’t bother me.

I was only worried about getting my deliveries, not whether it took 2 weeks or 25 days.

That 50% off sale gave me some Fenix lights that I couldn’t normally afford.

+1.. i only wonder if these sales are real.. i got 2 lights from them before too.. but it’s $10 lights..
i would never order lights that would cost me grand total of $400 if it’s not for these big event.
i’m not worry about getting refund from paypal just hate the drama Tired

That WB place just seems “high risk” to me. When what’s her name presented stuff to be available on the seventh and then it wasn’t there …. SCREW-EM… Glad to say I’ve never ordered from Rhino Direct nor Wall-byebye’s and never intend to. Piss poor business-people.

The sale was just over 2 weeks ago, hardly ever get a package in under 2 weeks from China. Have been given tracking numbers from other Chinese companies that never worked but I always eventually get the item.

I ordered mostly Fenix stuff, which carries it’s own guarantee.

Again your missing the point.

My package is still in Hong Kong just now getting ready to ship on the 11th of Jan. Now if you call that even semi-good service you might want to do a lot of buisness with folks like them in the future. I won’t. I think their service is horrible.
