i'm glad they recognized their problem and hope they're more prepared next time. but they still couldn't explain,.. why choosing faster shipping option 3-5 days through DHL for extra $30, and only to be delivered 3 weeks later?.. beside saying.. oops, you're screwed .. sorry :Sp Photobucket
I would still request my $30 be refunded if I were you.  Contrary to the belief of some, paying $30 extra for 5 day shipping should mean your order is sent before any of the free shipping orders.  Others got their stuff long before you and paid nothing extra for shipping.  That's just wrong.

After reading this thread… I will Never order anything from these smaller companies. I stick to Amazon & Highly rated Ebay sellers. I start twitching if a order doesnt arrive in 10 days. A $30 , 5 day delivery failure? I’d be butt naked in a bell tower with a high powered rifle…

my first christmas order is at customs strangely :~ it’s not enough value to be handled by the customs though, unless wallbuys wrote wrong value on the package? you who have received your orders, what was the value written on the package? the correct amount you paid, or another value?

I got my orders today. Overall I’ll give them 5 out of 10. Great price. Good packaging for mine but the lies about postage and general rubbish means I will mark them down.

The 200mw laser is a bit poor as it ramps up to full power but hey ho

Marked as a “Gift”, “Tool” value $10 USD, actual $36 USD.

That’s what I said from day one. All this stress over tracking numbers? Everyone is getting their items in 3-4 weeks like every Chinese vendor. Nothing new. Only difference is anyone who got in on the Xmas sale got unbelievable bargains.

HONG KONG, HONG KONG

I am pretty sure that means your package left Hong Kong on January 12.

i get that so how come fasttech order one day, ship the next in san fran the next! doubt it left HK. something tells me they are using row boats instead of airplanes.

I don’t know, but my December 11th shipped Fasttech package arrived today, the 15th of January.

My other Fasttech package which shipped December 26th, should be here any day.

Not what we have but what we enjoy, constitutes our abundance.

I have had slow orders on every vendor. The last untracked DX orders took almost two month. I don’t worry on 15-30 days delivery time, that’s normal. I have lots of fasttech orders and some are fast some not.
Wallbuys seem to be fast, that are about 2 weeks. Ordered dec 25th send dec 31th arrived jan 08.
My first Christmas order arrived last week and the second parcel(send on 8th jan) is arrived in my country today. I should get it in some days.

No I don’t know which route parcels take. We should order some GPS tracker, that would be fun….
And when transported with a plane it should only take a day or two longer. But you have to think that USA is number one importer of china goods so this will probably compensate this, you have epacket for example.
From Hong Kong to Germany airport, tracked parcels take about 4-10 days, so i think its more like which plane has some cargo free or so. The 2 wallbuys orders had same time stamp in Hong Kong departure but one arrived yesterday and one today(6and 7 days, 26hours between them).
How about your experience.

I should get them in a few days.

Got my order on Monday – it was in Toronto on Friday , but was held in Canada Post distribution centre.
Order was paid on Dec 27 ,posted by Wallbuys on Dec 31, held in HK till Jan 10 when it left for Toronto, delivered on the 14th.Not bad at all.My orders from US (GoingGear , 4sevens, Illum.Supply) take same amount of time or longer . Tracking info on HK Post appeared just one day before order left for Toronto. I don’t bother anymore checking tracking before 7-8 days have passed , after placing order. Even then , it can be misleading . My last order from HK Equipment -recommended seller – showed item left Hong Kong for Russian Federation , instead for Canada … I still received it in about 3 weeks.(Error in HK Post tracking).Regarding my order from Wallbuys – Jetbeam BA10,Xeno E03,Xeno G42 holster,Xtar 18650 – everything brand new , excellent packaging , all 3 batteries at 3.78V. My PM’s with Karen were answered fast .They need to upgrade their site and inventory , but personally I would buy again from them.

unfortunately.. it’s not as bright as i expected to be.. i was expecting just little bit brighter than my Sky Ray King.. since it’s 5 LEDs, but that’s not the case.. maybe just little bit more flooder ( make that tiny bit)

Don’t think I said it here, but I did get my order finally. They forgot the laser, and Cherry is sending me one. The rest of my order was very nice.

I’ve got my order from Christmass sell hold by the customs. But it’s here in my country in the usual expected time frame. Would be here much faster if there were not problems with logistic companies and not sitting at HK post for so long.
Now let me see how I will deal with our customs which is usualy pretty strict. :~

Time to change the title?

That a package stays in HK for a while is no strange thing, see the Fast Tech thread!

i’ve received all dec 24th orders from wallbuys

1st, uft20 took about 2 weeks
2nd, uft20 took about 3 weeks
3rd, light meter (6371), uft20, fenix hl21

initial inspection – do shipping damage, everything works

of note, wallbuys notifications said all packages shipped within 2 days.

final package had been opened and re-taped.

My Dec 25th order finally showed up today (missed it though, will get at PO tomorrow).

Tracking has it being processed through HK on Jan 13th, but nothing else since then.

Total time from order = 28 days.  Not unheard of, but certainly one of my longest waiting periods.

I got my Dec. 25 order today too. The JB BA-10 only works in DD with a li-ion and is about the same brightness with a AA on high. The YEZL S7 does the same with a li-ion 10440 – high only. The 10440 that came with the YEZL showed about 3.8v but wouldn’t turn on the light, I put it on the supplied charger and I’ll try again later. The YEZL also has a small dent in the side by the logo but not enough to return. Still a good deal for the price but I won’t buy again soon.

Got 1 of my 2 orders from the Christmas sale today, everything was packed well and everything works well.
Here is what I got;

UltraFire WF504B in Silver, got 2 of them for only $7.13 each and they are really Bright, way more than the advertised 510 lumen and they have mode memory!

CANSO JS-T01 it is like a Z5, uses 2 18650’s and has a T6 with zoom, looks and works like the Ultrafire version, nice light for $7.09;
http://wallbuys.com/Product/CANSO-JS-T01-CREE-XM-L-LED-adjustable-Zoom-focus-flashlight-2-18650—5593

DONGRUI CREE Q5 nice light weight $5.47 light, 3 mode, will try tonight ;
http://wallbuys.com/Product/DONGRUI-CREE-Q5-LED-3-mode-tactical-flashlight-1×18650-FC-920—5587

Uniquefire UF-T20 got one in this order and another on the next order, what a neat little light with the Aspheric head, great finish and detail, absolute steal at $10.69

Next is the Xtar WP2 II and 2 Xtar 18650 batteries, they both look and feel legit, charging them now. total cost $16.92

And finally is the new toy, a Light Meter. Now I need to find directions/suggestions on making a light box.
http://wallbuys.com/Product/Digital-Lux-Meter-with-Stand200000lux—6371
Got that puppy for $14.35, what a steal.

This was so worth the wait and I am sure we will not see this kind of a sale again but Dang it feels real good right now.

Thanks to WallBuys!!,

Nicely packed!
Shipped fast. I paid for it Thursday (10.jan),it was probably night to friday there. I got a message on Monday (14.) that it was shipped and with tracking number.
Tracking started to work the 17. and the package came to Norway the 22.
I received it today 25. (Should have arrived yesterday, but local post was not effective).

Thanks Wallbuys!
