I live in Perth, Australia and I placed my order on the 15th Jan.
The order status went from Payment Received to Order Entered on the same day.
On the 16th of Jan the status was updated to Order Shipped.
On the 18th of Jan I received my product(s) in the mail. Bloody brilliant.
Each item was individually wrapped in lovely pink bubble wrap. Just the way I like it.

sent multiple emails. didn’t receive a reply
got a ship notice on 14 Jan., have not received order yet.
So I'm not the only one who doesnt get an answer to his emails..^^
Maybe it's because your order was so much larger than mine. Mine was just two items.
It's probably also because freighters are suprised that there's stuff to export out of Australia other than oil and crushed up rock.
I would love to order from Cutter, but I will not pay the shipping, when it is higher than the order total, LOL. We need a representative from Australia, to ship stuff to us and only charge us cost instead of cost at 100% markup.
A lot of businesses in Australia close down for two weeks at that time of year.
Yup if you look at the top of the right column of the main page they said they were closed from 21st Dec to 14th Jan.
