There is only one advantage on that auction: If you live in America you don't have to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery.

I don't know, which price will be accepted on ebay with "make an offer", but I think that the DX price would be better.

The memory function of the DX torch is nice.

The order I made from T-Mart (501b deal) shipped from Brooklyn. They state they have warehouses spread throughout the world. So you could take a chance and hope your order of this light comes from US location.

I ordered one of these from Tmart about a month ago...showed up in 3 days and to be honest, I had thought I ordered it a month earlier from another supplier and just forgot about it. I didn't know they had a US warehouse but wow, that was a great surprise! I love the light, sometimes a simple one mode that's nice and bright is just perfect...especially for ten bucks.
