What improvements would you suggest for a Sipik sk68 mk2?
I would like:
Glass lens
2 modes - normal and low
I wouldn’t want to change it too much in case it loses its character, so with that in mind…
- a good glow in the dark tail cap
- two-stage switch
- high and low mode
- glass lens
- knurling around tail cap
- a choice of two shades of pink anodize
Plastic lens is fine by me. It works and keeps the price down. XP-E2 would maybe be interesting in one.
I would make the tailcap easier to remove.
Put in one of Scaru’s 7xXML circuit boards. 8)
How about a “power zoom” controlled by a 2-way rocker switch near the head!
Just use your fingers to work the head while making a gentle whirrring sound with your mouth. A lot easier and cheaper. Also more reliable.
Yep. That’s what I do…… 
I’m going to put a de-domed XM-L2 in one on Monday when I get some goodies in. I might even swap out the driver and put in a 3amp one just for fun. The little bugger does get pretty hot already though.
That be a nice mod for an SK98. 
the tailcap is a huge weakness there is no way it will handle 3 amps

Shoot I didn’t think about that. Any way to beef it up? Copper spring and wire maybe?
