Most valuable flashlight

Hello.

I’m about to buy a new flashligt and was wondering what the most valuable flashlight is today. Is it the srk, or are there any new worthy models out there? Right now i’m leaning to buy a srk.

I’m from sweden, so my next question is where to buy the srk cheapest and know you will get a good example?

Viktor

Very nice budget friendly light…and don’t forget to use the ‘BLF’ discount code!

No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar nor under a basket, but on the lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light.

The SRK is very bright it’s priced right from Fast Tech no matter which one you get you will like be impressed. However, that doesn’t mean it’s the best light. There are others that are better. It doesn’t even mean it’s the best light for the price.

It really depends on what you are looking for. For instance are you looking for something that is comfortable to carry on long walks and throws a beam a long way. If so the SRK isn’t for you. It’s not really very comfortable to carry because of it’s odd size, it doesn’t throw very far and it gets very hot very fast.

It’s perfect if you just want to go outside and light up your backyard for a minuet or so. You hit the button and poof your back yard is all lit up.

Do you want something that is bright, throws a long way, and is comfortable to carry without getting too hot? If that is what you are looking for than you might want something more like a Small Sun ZY-T08. Or for a pocket size a C8.

Honestly it really all depends on what YOU really want out of a light. Are you looking for one light or are you willing to buy two or even three or more?

I would suggest letting us know how much you want to spend and what you want out of the light. Also tell us if this is a one time purchase or if next month you are going to buy another light. If you are going to end up with a few lights I would suggest a good one from each category rather than one that does them all just ok.

I’m a junky, I mod lights so I can sell lights so I can buy more light to mod so I can sell lights to buy more lights to mod.

18sixfifty is right. It is easy to get caught up in the moment! Determine what your needs are and then buy the SRK…just kiddin’…

Thank you everybody for your answers, i’m very impressed how nice you treat new members. Today i own two “Ebay zoomable xml t-6”,
i bought them for like 9$ each just to have something in my car.
But now i want something a little-bit brighter to have at our cottage(google translate H) ), so i can walk in the snow at night etc.
But in the future(most probably) i will buy me some more flashlights.
It’s like when i first bought aux lights with 55w halogen for my car, today i run at total 400w xenon.

Best regards from Sweden

It seems to be working for me.

I would say buy a SRK for sure then, it will definitely light up the snow and the price is really good on it too.

Hi,

Why would your IP be listed at project honeypot? That doesn’t sound like a good thing?

Jim

My isp uses dynamic ip’s for a whole city almost. So my ip-adress is being used by alot of people. So it’s been registred as a “ghosting-ip” i have been told. My isp is working on a solution for me. It will be fun to see how long time it will take Smile
