Sky Eye F13 Light from KD

Saw this light at Kaidomain and took the plunge on it since I couldn’t resist its bold charisma at just $20…

Looks to have tons of potential.

Relic has done a review on it and I'm going to get around to posting my review too. Has some good and bad to it.

Ugh, started my review but too many weekend projects around the house have kept me from finishing.

I read the reviews on this one and ended up getting a refund for this because of the mysterious resistance to good performance and “next mode” memory. I keep going back and forth on whether or not I made the right decision.

I generally agree that this light has some misfortunes. On the plus side, anyone with a soldering iron and 10-15 minutes can turn this light into what it should have been.
I plan to go much further though and put an XM-L2 in there, with a 1000lm OTF goal. We’ll see…

Welcome the night.
