The size of this battery is not very common, the diameter is like a AA battery, but the length is only like a AAA.
The batteries has more than rated capacity.










The battery is not super at high current, probably because the design has focused more on capacity.
There is a slight capacity difference between the batteries.















Conclusion

The battery has an acceptable performance.

No. The advantage is, of course, that it is shorter than a AA battery and has more capacity than a AAA, but I have no idea where you uses that type of battery.
