a customer's requirement I don't understand, help!

ALSO ANY TORCHES THAT ARE RECHARGEABLE THEY COME WITH CHARGES (YES) AND NEED TO HAVE MOULDEED 13AMP PLUGS WITH FITTED 3AMP FUSE
I don’t know what is moulded 13amp plugs and fitted 3amp fuse using for, what they do with flashlight.

I think they are talking about the wall plug for the charger.

Like this British type plug:

The plug is molded (can’t take apart) and has a built in fuse.

Common in Europe, never seen them in North America though.

I presume it is a reference to the UK electrical supply system which uses 13amp plugs. Smaller electrical devices use 3 amp internal fuses within the plug. I assume someone is wanting the charger that comes with the flashlight, to already have a fitted compliant moulded UK type plug.
