Duh - probably a dumb question but how to disassemble this Olight S20 Baton, specifically so I can check/tighten the pill due to flickering? I googled it but found nothing helpful :weary:
Have you removed the tail cap and grounded the negative side of the cell to the battery tube to make sure it isnt the tail switch causing the problem? You can use a piece of thick wire for this.
Looking down the battery tube of my M18 (I assume it is almost the same), there are two slots in either side of the driver. It looks like a special tool might have been used to insert it, but I cant tell if its threaded without risking damaging my light; by twisting with a pair of thin needle nosed pliers. You could also try to remove the bezel by pressing it against a piece of soft wood or thick rubber and twisting. Keep in mind that any twisting may shear off wires to the emitter so be careful if you give it a go. Olight warrants these lights so you might want to explore that option first.
